How to Enrol - Mooroolbark College

All prospective families are encouraged to undertake a school tour which operate each Wednesday and Friday.

Year 6 to Year 7 Transition

Students attending Year 6 in a government primary school are provided with a transition information package at the beginning of Term 2 by their current primary school.

This pack includes an Application for Year 7 Placement form where families nominate their preferred Secondary School for their children. Completed application forms must be returned to the respective primary school. Primary Schools will notify families in August of confirmed placements.

Students attending Year 6 in a non-government primary school can access the Application for Year 7 Placement form via the Department of Education and Training website and return directly to Mooroolbark College who will notify families in August of confirmed placements.

Students wishing to enrol in the Aspire Program are required to submit an additional application form. Testing for the program occurs in September/October.

Year 7 (during the school year) and Year 8 to 12 Enrolment

We welcome prospective students and families to Mooroolbark College. Families interested in enrolling their child at Mooroolbark College are asked to please complete the Enrolment Application Form below and attach a copy of your child’s most recent school report.

Contact will be made by a House Leader and an enrolment interview will be arranged. A copy of your child’s birth certificate should be provided at the enrolment interview. Your child’s current/previous school will also be contacted.
