Visitors from Wujiang Senior Middle School

Over the past week we have had the privilege to host our Chinese sister school, Wujiang Senior High School at Mooroolbark College. The relationship between the two schools, continues to grow and develop.
It is always remarkable how quickly the language barriers are broken down between the students visiting Mooroolbark College and our students hosting the Chinese students and true friendships are formed.  Without fail, when the Chinese students depart the College, there are always tears and hugs as good byes are said.
I would like to thank Principal Lee, from WSHS, for again sending a wonderful group of students and teachers to Mooroolbark College.  The Chinese students were very eager to take part in every opportunity which was presented to them and Mrs Fan, their accompanying teacher, was a wonderful addition to Mr Loh’s Mandarin  classes.
