As the 2017 school year ends, I sincerely want to thank and acknowledge the work of the Mooroolbark College staff, students and parents in making the year a great year for Mooroolbark College.

The school will see many changes in 2018: 220 new Year 7 students will commence their secondary education on Wednesday 31st January; a new group of Year 12 students will occupy the Senior Study Centre; the new multi-purpose room will be opened; students in Year 7 will be studying 21st Century Learning for the first time; new technology electives will start at Year 9 and 10; media classes will be using drones and much more. 

At the end of 2017 we will also be farewelling the following staff:

These staff have made a wonderful contribution to the College and we wish them all the best.

2017 Awards Night

On Tuesday night we held the 2017 Awards Night.  During the evening academic, endeavour, sporting and leadership awards were presented.  In addition the College Dux and All Rounder Awards were also presented.  Congratulations to the following students who received these awards.

College Office Hours

The College office will be open from Monday 22nd January to Thursday 25th January from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and will open as normal from Monday 29th January.

Finally I would like to wish everyone a safe and Happy Christmas.  I hope everyone has the opportunity to take time to relax with their families during the break and I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the beginning of 2018.
