Sports leadership
On Thursday 16th August, the Sports Leadership class helped officiate and run the Elite Primary Inter-School Athletics Carnival. They officiated events such as Shot Put, Long Jump, High Jump, Sprints and Relay.
The Year 9 Sports Leadership class have been running sports lessons every Thursday afternoon at Manchester Primary School. They have be teaching the grades 3 and 4s Footy, Cricket, Basketball, Netball, Gymnastics and Minor Games. They now have to complete their lesson evaluations, before heading to Bimbadeen Primary school to help prepare the grade 5 and 6s for their inter-school sports events.
Sports leadership students also umpired half time AusKick at the MCG on Saturday August 18th .
