Talented Sport Program Athlete Visit
On Thursday 15th August, our 2019 Talented Sports Program team were treated to a visit from Lara Dunkley (sister of Josh from Western Bulldogs & Kyle from Melbourne Demons) and Sasha McDonald (sister of Tom and Oscar form Melbourne Demons), who both play for the Melbourne Vixens (Netball). They told us about life as an elite athlete, including competition, training, nutrition, recovery and social life balance. They were fantastic. They have helped inspire us to strive to achieve our goals through sacrifice, hard work and always loving the sport!
